HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?
- As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email to let you know that we are processing your order. We will prepare the order to be packed and shipped to you. Upon dispatch of your order from ESSTEE FASHION warehouse, we will contact you (via email or SMS) with a link to track your order.
- After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History.
- For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR LOST?
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly.We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.
- In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the item to you at no cost, subject to availability.
- In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at email@example.com
- In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT ?
- As long as your order has not yet been prepared for shipping, you can cancel it immediately by contacting us as soon as possible. After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to cancel your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE RECEIVED ?
- Members who ship their orders within Singapore should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

WHAT IS SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY?
- We offer a 30 day returns policy. Items must be unworn or unused and must be in a fully re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached.
- We do not currently offer exchanges however, we do offer full refunds on eligible returns and credit to use on the site.
- Certain items may not be returned, for instance, items that have been personalized for you, any Swimwear and refurbished items. You can read our full return policy here.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST AND RETURNS?
- Shipping and returns are free for orders within the UAE. Please note though, that a cash handling fee applies to orders paid for by cash on delivery.
DOES ESSTEE FASHION SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES ?
- Unfortunately, no. We can only currently ship to one address per order.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES
- If your order is below 100 AED, there will be a service charge of 10 AED levied to cover the cost of providing the shipping service.
- Orders above AED 550 are qualified for free shipping .
Rest of the world:
- If your order is below 140 USD there will be an additional charge of 10 USD shipping fees.
- Any customs duties or taxes levied at the destination country will be charged by the courier at delivery and is the customer’s responsibility .
- Orders above USD 150 are qualified for free shipping .
